GALDINO OTTEN

is a Brazilian type designer, illustrator and visual
artist recognized for creating one of the largest independent catalogs
of original typefaces in Latin America, with more than 260 original
fonts published and used in films, television, books, branding and
creative projects around the world.

Over the past two decades, he has developed a distinctive body of work that combines historical research, cultural identity and expressive typography. His typefaces explore a wide range of visual styles, from vintage printing, western and stencil lettering to Brazilian folk culture, cordel aesthetics and pixel art.
